1. Our Custom sublimated Cycling jerseys are made with your choice of fabric weight (for summer or winter). With the application of the environmentally-friendly Italian ink, the bright colors never fade. YKK full length hidden zippers, Full sublimation print by EPSON9710(the most professional sublimation printing machine nowadays), anti-slip-silicon stretch elastic for the bottom of jersey and sleeve cuffs, and 3 rear pockets (on our vests as well).

2. Our cycling bibs, shorts and pants are made with full sublimation printing with your choice of fabric weight, Compression Lycra, anti-slip -silicon for the leg cuffs. We used to offer 2 different pads (Chamois) options, but for only a few bucks more we have chosen to offer only the finest. (Only the best; that’s how we roll). Coolmax 3D silica gel pads that are seamless, antibacterial, that guarantee moisture expulsion and quick drying qualities for all day comfort and performance. (We do offer a Women-specific pad, but our women testers like the Unisex just as well)

Fabric options:
(A) COOLESH™ Active: 100% polyester, designed with specially-engineered moisture-wicking microfiber; Naturally soft, lightweight, breathable and comfortable; Sweat-expelling, odor and bacteria resistant; Keeps the wearer cool, fresh and dry.
(B) COOLESH™ Extreme: 100% polyester, designed with specially-engineered moisture-wicking microfiber; Lightweight, breathable, with an exceptionally soft and silky feel; Sweat-expelling, odor and bacteria resistant; Protects the wearer from harmful UV rays.

(C) COOLMAX® from INVISTA: 50% COOLMAX® and 50% polyester, exceptionally sweat-expelling and fast-drying, naturally soft, lightweight, breathable and comfortable, Odor-resistant with a non-migratory silver-based antimicrobial additive; Protects you from harmful UV rays. Keeps the wearer cool, fresh and odor-free.

(2) Zipper options: (A) 7 inch short zipper; (B) 3/4 hidden zipper; (C) full length hidden zipper; (D) full length visible zipper.
(3) Raglan or set-in sleeves.
(4) Cuffs: with elastic, rubber gripper or silicon gripper.
(5) Waist (hem): with elastic, rubber gripper or silicon gripper.
(6) Anatomical men’s or women’s cut. With three elasticized rear pockets for storage, or various other pocket designs.
